The essentials
The Patriots face the Dolphins in Miami and the Bears face the Seahawks in Seattle in Week 8.
The New England Patriots are scheduled to face the Miami Dolphins in Week 8, with the game taking place in Miami, Florida. The Chicago Bears are scheduled to play the Seattle Seahawks in Week 8, with the game in Seattle, Washington.
Both Week 8 matchups follow the teams' Week 7 Thursday Night Football meeting, in which the Bears defeated the Patriots 30-24 at Soldier Field. That result shapes the next stage of each team's schedule, though the reporting does not connect the two games beyond their order on the calendar.
Available reporting does not specify the dates, kickoff times, or broadcast details for either Week 8 game. It also does not include the records, injury reports, or recent form of the Dolphins or Seahawks.

Week 8 Pits Both Teams Against Opponents in Distinct Cities
From a scheduling standpoint, Week 8 gives both franchises new opponents immediately after their Week 7 meeting with each other. New England's game is in Miami against the Dolphins, while Chicago's is in Seattle against the Seahawks. The reporting confirms the locations but not the dates, so the sequence of games is the only fully established element of this slate.
Patriots and Bears Turn Attention to Miami and Seattle Opponents
Through a matchup lens, the Week 8 slate moves both clubs' focus away from Thursday's game toward the Dolphins for New England and the Seahawks for Chicago. Each team faces a different opponent than it did last week, and each game will carry its own storylines. Available reporting provides no details on those opponents' form, injuries, or records, so assessments of either matchup remain open until more information emerges.
