The exhibition took approximately one year to research and prepare, featuring documents spanning Roman era through the 21st century, with particular focus on the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries. Materials include original postcards, architectural plans, newspaper clippings, and historical documentation of local commerce, craftsmanship, and daily life in the area.
The exhibition began on September 1 and continues through September 30 during library hours. Exhibits cover topics related to the Bout du Pont district including Roman roads, train arrival, railway tunnel construction, local businesses, craftsmanship, and quotidian life. On September 19, during official European Heritage Days (Journées Européennes du Patrimoine), the APA will hold an open house in the ECLA park or library to guide visitors and answer questions.
